Yes. All training and advisory content is intended for lawful, ethical, and educational purposes. It is the responsibility of each user or organization to ensure their use complies with local laws and regulations.

Refunds are available for online courses within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course has been accessed. Consulting services are non-refundable once delivery begins. Digital downloads are final sale unless otherwise stated.
